Many of you know I attended a cooking class in Normandy last October with Susan Herrmann Loomis, celebrated chef, instructor and cookbook/memoir author. But I wanted to share the details of the week, as well as the marvelous takeaways. I wrote a guest post for Susan’s blog, detailing my week as a student at On Rue Tatin.
